Re: harvester vs hand sampling numbers?

This is what I'm doing currently 9 Traders, levels 10, 20, 30, 40, etc. Tenth toon is a buffing Ent to work as a 'control' for non-trader comparison. She is level 90. No expertise, I cleared all skill modifier clothing (after my first test run) and I have the following macro running, which I will mo...

Re: harvester vs hand sampling numbers?

Sometimes, for no reason that anyone knows, you get a bug that leaves you either not sampling (despite the macro) or not getting anything when you do sample. Most people say that logging completely out for 10-20 minutes, then back in again should reset the problem. It's worked for me in the past whe...

Re: harvester vs hand sampling numbers?

AND, I also wanted to update you all. My project at work basically put everything on hold including my family, lol. Now that I have reclaimed the house from 4 months of having the kids clean it for me *shudder* and gotten Starsider settled, and more importantly, now that they turned double XP on TCP...

Re: harvester vs hand sampling numbers?

There's also a typo I just noticed in the most recent 'code' version posted by techtwin (/wave) /sample; /pause 8; /stand; /ui action defaultButton; /pause 2; /follow Tipper; /pause 2; /stopfollow; /pause 4; /m sampleT In the /ui action line, it is defaultButton, not defaulButton That might be your ...

Re: Chef FAQs and Links

"What sells" would be good too. Maybe if you ask for people from different servers to send you a list of what they sold over the course of a week in about 2 weeks from now? When the 'ooh shiney' of GU9 has worn off and people have figured out what they like to use? Sorry, too much caffiene...

Re: Difference in Drink Containers

woot, got a full run of 1000 starshine surprise done in time for the nomad market. Then found out I can't go to it, lol. Thanks for clearing this up, yet another 'hint and trick' that is fun to learn, lol. And when I recalculated my factory runs on my spreadsheet, starshine surprise was the only one...

Re: Missing schematics

Advanced Chemical Reaction Unit? Beast Supplement Mark 2? Cereal Flakes?

I'm at work and can't get the info, but none of these are found. Cereal Flakes are used in the ice cream fryer.

Re: Difference in Drink Containers

I was under the impression (which could be wrong) that you still need the same serial number on the casks as you used in the schematic? Are you sure that this is not true? If so, then I will be re-doing my spreadsheets for how many I can fit in a factory run, lol. Maybe I'll try it on a run of stars...

Re: Difference in Drink Containers

The only problem I have with your math, Zimoon is that it takes a factory run of 'trim' to craft the casks. Meaning that you can only have a maximum of 500 casks in any factory run of drinks. With Large Glasses, you can do an entire run of 1000, which sometimes is the better choice. Not often, but s...

Re: Peko Peko Mounts

Hmmm, when they do that, they usually do it on saturday (from what I've noticed) I'm curious as to why every single SOE game, including some if not all of the TCG and the SOE SWG forums were all taken down, lol. They might have done it, don't get me wrong, but I think there's something else going on...

Re: Peko Peko Mounts

I seriously expected it last tuesday. But late monday they had another patch, so that kind of killed my hopes. On the other hand, they haven't had any more patches on TCP since that monday patch, so that raises it again. On the third hand, the entire SOE system being pulled down for maintenance toda...

Re: Peko Peko Mounts

Yep, that's what the BMs do, they take their lousy supplies that they can't use for 'quality' pets and just throws them in the incubator.

Re: Mon Cal make horrible hand samplers

Heh, 'science type' You don't know about my spreadsheet, do you? Last count was 52 different tabs to track things from where hides can be found to what resources are needed in what quantity and quality for each BM component, to which toons are on what account, lol. Most of them are 3/4 complete, som...

Re: Peko Peko Mounts

Any egg of a peko peko can be turned into a mount. You can make them now and have them ready to mount when it goes live. One of the rednames clarified that for the BM community on the SOE boards a week or so ago, and I can't find the post now.

Most of the BMs are stockpiling peko peko eggs, lol

Re: Mon Cal make horrible hand samplers

I haven't tested it yet, but I think it has to do also with how tall your toon is. My Zabrak stays put, my human moves forward, my rodian moves backwards. I should add this to my hand sampling research, make temp toons and use the old /stand macro and measure how far away each species gets, each gen...
