Star Wars Galaxies: Game Update 7
Publish Notes, February 10, 2009

The Ewok Festival of Love
  • The Ewok Festival of Love has returned to the galaxy! Visit Tyrena, Kaadara, and the Southern Ewok Lake Village from February 10 through March 10 to join the celebration of love with the Ewok tribe.
  • Be sure to check out all of your favorite features from last year's event: dancing Ewoks, chocolate fountains, and much more all return to this year's Festival of Love. Queen Kylantha has once again extended an invitation to the tribe to visit Naboo, so Chief Chirpa has ventured to Kaadara with the tribal shaman Logray to share their rich culture with the galaxy.
  • There are four all-new Festival of Love activities this year, including a chance to play cupid! Use any earned Chak Hearts to purchase several rewards that are exclusive to the Ewok Festival of Love.
  • The Ewoks are also offering the traditional Festival of Love cuisine. Camby berries and chak juice are available, but because the Ewoks do not yet fully trust outsiders, festival-goers must pay a small price for these luscious treats. The credits are well-spent, however, as this exquisite fare offers beneficial effects.

Original thread
On Tuseday, March 3rd, at 4:00 AM PST all U.S. and European galaxies will be taken down for server maintenance and a live update.

When the update is complete, all galaxies will be live but unavailable while we complete final testing. All galaxies will be made available after that time.

Star Wars Galaxies: Game Update 7.4
Publish Notes, March 3, 2009
  • Deluxe Sarlacc Trash Can should allow the owner to feed it properly.
Probably it is this reset that also starts the demolition of abandoned structures today, get your TNT ready folks

Great, my house and factories are still marked as "abandoned" and no answer from the GM's yet...
Not only do I now have to fight off the three evil peko peko albatrosses that keeps killing me when trying to get in my house, now I have to worry about Zimoon with TNT as well :-)

Will actually be very interesting to see how many houses (and cities) that will disappear tonight, at least around Theed there are A LOT of Abandoned marked houses, but they can be bugged like mine though.

The Abandoned tag should only be there if you did not pay for the subscription prior to Febr. 15th. Now you either have to blow it up yourself, only to put it down again from your datapad, or wait for somebody else to blow it up for you. In a city you need to be granted zoning rights again.

My installations were tagged abandoned but this have changed recently, probably after the down server of the last week.
Beware of this evil Zimoon anyway! :D

They have struggled with this tag to and fro, severe problems to get it right it seems.
Don't be scared by me, I will blow up stuff around my own houses to finally be able to make my own little Zimoon-s Market Square :D

I'm just afraid someone blowing it up while I'm on my alt inside it, forever trapped inside a packed up deed in my main's datapad. :P

Do I need a munitions trader to make me some TNT or can I just shoot it down with my mighty trader lasergun?
