The right category is Misc -> Tool but I found only Tool in the drop-down menu.
Please check it and let me know if I did something wrong.

About the category, there is a category Tool [Tool] which is where it also ends up at the Bazaar. That it is Misc in a crafting tool is probably something else.

I have made your listing "invisible", non-maintainers will not see it.
