Module - Hand Sample

I am not familiar with DE and something (that I found) strange occured recently when I was crafting a mining droid for a friend:

Module - Hand Sample crafted 6 of those with Sampling Power of 9, due to not optimum resources.
Socket Cluster - Combat and General Modules both clusters had a Sampling Power of 28.
Deed for: Mining Droid MK3 resulting droid had a Sampling Power of 56.

3 x 9 = 28 is due to a arithmetic round-up (3 x 9.4 for example) or it's more an assembly bonus thing like (3 x 9) + 1 = 28 :?:

That is most likely a math problem soe has xD

I was thinking about making some of these myself, did some reaserch on materials and found that there wasnt a single hurlothrombic inert gas spawn in the history of swgcraft keeping tabs on resources that was actually capped for a hand sampling module, which makes me think, can you actually hardcap a handsampling module? do you need to? is there diminishing returns?

I used all top mats and best i could make is a 59 sampling droid

not sure on the math each sampling module had a value of 9 and it takes 6 of them

guess i need the pet buff to cap one of these

Same thing here with latest Mustafarian Copper (on Chimaera).
Sampling power
. Module 9
. Cluster 29 (3 x modules)
. Deed 59 (2 x clusters)

These are the resources that I use:
. Hurlothrombic Inert Gas 446(450) OQ:534(1000)
. Mustafarian Copper DR:700(700) HR:615(650) OQ:990(1000)
. Mustafarian Steel DR:969(1000) HR:963(1000) OQ:955(1000)

EDIT:
. fix inversion between steel and copper stats.
. (number) between paranthesis is the cap.

Is that gas capped? sure its DR capped but its not OQ capped is it? This is where I get lost with the mix-mapping of resources, if that is capped then it is capped thanks to other materials with OQ cap right? I'm clueless at the moment :D

The gas OQ is far from its cap for sure but I am not strong enough with numbers to answer you how I reach 59 with those resources, sorry :mrgreen:
Btw this is the only Hurlothrombic Inert Gas I have, it was harvested after my transfer to Chimaera to test my brand new homemade elites ...
also the name Hurlothrombic looks funny :oops:

PS: precedent message clarified: steel and copper stats were inverted & (number) is the resource cap.

best i can figure they are like 9.80 each and we dont see the .80 part but they get rounded when used for the deed like
9.80(module) X 3 = 29.4 we just see the 29(socket cluster), then two of them would be 58.8 or 59(deed)
so in reverse a 60(deed) would round up from a 59.52 that can be made from 2 @ 29.76(socket cluster) made from 3 @ 9.92(modules)
lol now i have headache
any way im using server best as per this site and there is 60(sampling power) droids on this server for 1mill
so im thinking it is just a little something or a bug/nerf in the works
i also use a 45.0 station
