I'd double check the resources used for the segments just in case. It sounds like your primus layers were just fine, but you may have slipped under a percentage point on one of your resources. At the moment the problem isn't the OS but the Office version. It works on Office 2007 like a charm but it doesn't actually support Office 2010 in both 32bit and 64bit versions.
