I have the box in the expertise unless you are talking about the one that allows you to make the tool to remove SEA's from an item...I don't have that box. Seems like there are alot of other people out there with the same problem about their PUPs not having what they do in the title/name of the PUP....

Newb question but how is it that some PuP's are named i.e., Healing Potency Armor Powerup.....yet ones I make just say "Armor Powerup"? Is there a way to control the name? This would be very valuable to me in terms of marketing if people can narrow vendor search by what they want.

Wanting to crank out my own +11's I went ahead and bought a few charges of clothing, armor, weapon with +12's. Cranked my luck up to 1200 (best I can do on a 2ish week old toon) and RE to 162 and out of 4-5 PUPS I could only come up with a +10 PUP. Damn X variable, lol.

Can one make +12 RE pups with +12 RE pups? No, the math says no: PUP = round_down( 2 * Power_Bit / Modifier_Ratio * RE_Chance / 100 * X ) With full REChance (159) you will still end up short. PUP = round_down( 2 * 35 / 10 * 159 / 100 * X ) = 11.13 plus possibly some from the X . Somebody showed us ...
