That formula was just from the Food Chart, which lists the nutrition increase as 90-120%. it seems to work for the additives that I have crafted, however some Food Chart entries do seem incorrect so I always use the values with caution.

90+(96.5/100)*30=118 (118.95 depending upon what you think is happening to the fractions throughout the process)

I like to be able to predict exactly the stats that I will achieve when assembling and experimenting, just for the pure enjoyment of understanding.

Hi, I have seen in the crafting guide that the maximum base experimentation with perfect resources is 29%. Is there a formula for obtaining this? Ah, AS little helper seems to suggest that it's only the quality of the final build materials and not the subassemblies that matter, so I guess that answers my question.

Please, does anyone know if the quality of the two components manufactured by engineers, namely the power conditioner and the energy distributor make any difference to the protection or recharge rate for PSGs ?

Optional Items in the crafting stations

Hi,

Please can anyone tell me, what the optional items do in the crafting stations. In particular, do they effect the Functionality Rating of the station, as without them, I seem unable to get above a Functionality Rating of 15.
